By using OSKR Removals’ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Bookings are considered binding upon acceptance by OSKR Removals. A confirmation email will be sent to you outlining the agreed-upon details of your move.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email or phone. Cancellation fees apply, and the amount will depend on the date of cancellation relative to the move date. Please refer to the booking confirmation for specific details.

4. Payment Terms

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are properly packed and secured for transport. Customers must ensure that the loading and unloading areas are accessible for our vehicles.

OSKR Removals is not liable for damage or loss of items that are not properly packed or secured. We will take reasonable care of your belongings, but we are not responsible for damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or acts of God.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
